- Master’s degree in the relevant subject with a degree in Education.
- Proficiency in teaching English, Hindi, Kannada, Sanskrit, French, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Social Science, and Computer Science.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey subject knowledge.
- Demonstrated in-depth understanding and expertise in the respective subject area.
- Visionary and creative approach to teaching, with an emphasis on originality in lesson planning and delivery.
- Prior experience in a similar role at a recognized educational institution is essential.
